L’Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 520 employees. For our Orif Vernier site, we are looking for:

Socioprofessional instructor/Vocational training instructor Employee at 80-100%

Mission

• Supervise beneficiaries in an orientation and observation section
• Accompany beneficiaries in rehabilitation measures
• Contribute to interdisciplinary instructional measures
• Manage and assume practical work in the workshop and organize internships
• Elaborate and implement individualized socioprofessional projects
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the section, social workers, psychologists, and doctors
• Write observation reports for placement services and participate in network syntheses
• Develop and maintain relationships with the regional network of companies
• Manage the budgetary aspects of the section

Profile and skills

• CFC or title deemed equivalent in a manual and/or technical field required
• ES socioprofessional instructor diploma required at the time of hiring or after starting the position
• Experience in accompanying persons presenting mental health disorders desired
• Marked interest in supervising persons in professional rehabilitation
• Dynamic personality, creative spirit
• Autonomy, resistance to stress, and flexibility
• Mastery of IT tools (MS Office) and writing ease
• Good knowledge of the regional economic fabric
• Ability to adapt and real aptitude to work in a multidisciplinary team
