Responsibilities

As Manufacturing Manager, your main missions will include:

• Supervising and coordinating production activities to ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
• Managing and training production teams to ensure their development and performance.
• Participating in the internal process of developing new products.
• Participating in commercial discussions and product development with customers.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and current regulations.
• Analyzing performance indicators and proposing continuous improvement plans.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Significant experience in a similar role, imperatively in the watchmaking / jewelry sector.
• Excellent mastery of CAD.
• Strong skills in team management and leadership.
• Excellent mastery of manufacturing processes.
• An ability to work under pressure and to solve problems proactively.
• Good mastery of français, and the ability to conduct discussions in English are an asset.
