Created in 2014 on the former Ilford research site, the Marly Innovation Center (MIC) is one of the largest innovation and business location campuses in Switzerland. It hosts more than 200 companies and 1000 jobs, and already covers more than 60 % of its renewable energy needs.

To strengthen our Technical team, we are looking for a junior Project Manager Energy / Buildings. Under the responsibility of the Technical Manager, you will guarantee the reliability of energy metering and settlements for our tenants and manage technical projects

Your missions

Energy Management (activity approx. 50%)

• Ensure the reliability of energy metering systems
• Update metering diagrams according to the arrival and departure of tenants
• Mandate and manage external service providers in the fields of energy
• Perform settlements for different energies (heat, cold, electricity, gas, water…) according to the contracts in force
• Prepare energy invoices and justify consumption to tenants
• Monitor consumption and apply corrective measures in case of drift
• Optimize technical installations to improve energy efficiency, with the Technical team and our service providers

Project Management (activity approx. 50%)

• Manage various technical projects, particularly in the field of building technology
• Represent the client in certain files
• Establish specifications and calls for tender
• Compare offers on technical and financial levels
• Monitor projects from the start of construction until final acceptance
• Ensure financial monitoring, from invoice control to final settlements
• Technical support to the maintenance team

Your profile

• Technical training: Engineer EPF, HES, recent graduates welcome
• Knowledge of metering systems, building automation (GTB) and HVAC-E installations is an asset
• Comfort with numbers, analytical mind with very good mastery of Excel and databases; great rigor regarding the quality of work
• Sense of organization, autonomy and pleasure in working with various interlocutors (tenants, service providers, internal team)
• Fluent French, good knowledge of English is an asset
