On behalf of one of our clients, a leading institution active in home care in the regions of Lausanne, La Côte and l’Est vaudois, we are looking for Home care nurses. Your mission Provide nursing care at the beneficiaries' homes. Assess needs, plan and deliver appropriate care. Guarantee clinical follow-up and continuity of care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, doctors and relatives. Contribute to maintaining patients at home and their well-being. Your profile HES Nurse diploma or a title deemed equivalent. For foreign diplomas: CRS recognition mandatory. Confirmed experience of at least 2 years in home care. Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility. Driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable. Clean Swiss criminal record certificate required.
