With the aim of strengthening our team, we are recruiting a: Social insurance benefits case manager (70%) - 12 month fixed-term contract Salary class: 4 *(*this scale is based on validated prerequisites, failing which the classification is made at class -1)* Location: Lausanne Start date: 1 September 2026 What you bring to our mission ### Within the team, you ensure the management of social insurance benefits by guaranteeing the application of the principles of subsidiarity and the legal framework. Exchanges are direct, with attention paid to the coherence of practices and the clarity of the work framework, in order to allow everyone to orient themselves and progress effectively.* » Your key missions #### • You analyze the right to social insurance benefits (AF, AI, AVS, PC AVS/AI, unemployment insurance, PC familles, LPP). • You manage and ensure the follow-up of social insurance benefit files, including the affiliation and payment of AVS/AI/APG contributions. • You ensure the application of legislation and the updating of your knowledge in social insurance law. • You draft various correspondence and administrative decisions. • You collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the coordination of procedures. • You ensure telephone availability and participate in administrative tasks as well as the follow-up of professional tools.
