Additionally, a large event hall and two seminar rooms are available. The elegant event hall can accommodate up to 400 people and is equipped with a gallery, stage, and modern event technology - ideal for various types of events. Furthermore, we present the successful program of Le Petit Chef in our hotel. Our team is looking for a Chef de Service (h/f/d, 80-100 %, service en équipe) who works with passion for clients and leads the service team. With us, you don't stay behind a desk, but are at the heart of the action: you lend a hand, set an example, and ensure that the service is coordinated. Your tasks: • Primarily with clients: personalized accompaniment and good service • Leadership and coordination of the service team • Developing the service team and targeted support for employees • Ensuring a smooth service process between the restaurant and events • Keeping an overview in periods of high traffic and making spontaneous decisions • Close collaboration with the hotel, kitchen, and service • Little administration: service planning as a basis, focus on clients Your profile: • Experience in service, ideally with management experience • Pragmatic and down-to-earth, good example for the team • Friendly attitude and great pleasure in client contact • Very good knowledge of German, Swiss German is an advantage • Stress resistance and flexibility • Team spirit, reliability, and sense of what's essential We offer: • Varied and responsible activity within a stable team • A lot of client contact, little administration • Fair compensation • Two weeks of company vacation during Christmas / New Year • Service scheduling considering your wishes, if possible • Being part of a young and motivated gastronomic environment (Château de Binningen, Gasthof Mühle, Restaurant Gartenstadt) • Support for finding accommodation, if needed Have we sparked your interest?
