What to expect ###

• You assess requests for cost coverage for rehabilitations and psychiatry based on medical criteria and health insurance guidelines.
• You apply your nursing expertise to complex issues and support well-founded, needs-based decisions.
• You advise acute hospitals, primary care providers, and the insured when choosing suitable rehabilitation institutions.
• You are the first point of contact for service providers regarding questions on treatment coordination and integration.
• In addition, you participate in projects and working groups and actively contribute your practical experience.

What you bring with you ###

• You are a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or have an equivalent qualification.
• You bring several years of professional experience - ideally in an acute hospital, in rehabilitation, in psychiatry, or in care/case management.
• You want to apply your clinical expertise in a new environment and assess medical facts holistically.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of health insurance are an advantage.
• You communicate professionally, negotiate skillfully, and have a confident manner.
• You have very good language skills in German and French (B2 level); Italian is an advantage.
