This task is carried out by the 26 cantonal directors of education. On the basis of the school concordat, they form a political authority: the Conference of Cantonal Directors of Education (EDK). The General Secretariat conducts the business of the conference. The working languages are German and French. Your tasks You manage and organize the internal filing (GEVER) You coordinate the appointments of the Secretary General and support her in administrative matters You take minutes and handle simpler correspondence in D/F independently You provide organizational and administrative support in the planning and execution of meetings and conferences You are responsible for the infrastructure of the General Secretariat (e.g., office supplies, printer-copiers) You perform general secretarial work.
