Your benefits at the Post.

We offer a fair wage, which ranges between CHF 130’100 to CHF 145’100 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your wage may be slightly below or above the range.

• You develop, are responsible for, and maintain the consent framework of the Post and ensure its sustainable further development.
• In addition, you define the required standards, responsibilities, and processes as well as suitable types of consent for different business activities.
• In close cooperation with Legal, Data Protection, Product, Marketing, and IT, you ensure that consents are collected in compliance with the law, documented, and implemented uniformly across the business units.
• You define the functional requirements for our consent management platforms and ensure their appropriate further development.
• You continuously monitor national and international data protection requirements, assess their impact on existing processes, and initiate adjustments if necessary.
• You support audits and risk analyses and develop suitable measures to ensure compliance.
• As a central contact person for consent topics, you advise specialist departments, drive projects forward in the implementation of requirements, develop meaningful key figures for Consent Management, recognize optimization potential, and implement targeted improvement measures.
