For our client, an established car garage in the Oftringen region, we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality for administration at a part-time workload of 40–60%, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• General administrative and organizational work
• Telephone and personal customer support
• Appointment scheduling and coordination of workshop orders
• Creating and processing offers, orders and invoices
• Processing of correspondence
• Maintenance of customer and vehicle data
• Support of the sales and workshop team
• Various administrative tasks related to garage operations

Your profile

• Commercial training or corresponding professional experience
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and interest in vehicles
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good MS-Office skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Reliable, flexible and a team player
