We are looking for a Pflegefachperson HF, DNI, FaGe 80-100% immediately or by arrangement. Area of responsibility: • Professional care and support of our residents, taking into account their individual needs and quality of life • Coordination and implementation of the care and support process in close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team • Medication management, including documentation and control of medication administration Your profile • Training as a dipl.
