Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an experienced leader for the management of an established restaurant and event business in the Aargau region. You can expect a varied position with a lot of personal responsibility, direct guest contact, and the opportunity to actively help shape service quality, team culture, and events.

Tasks

• Operational and personnel management of the restaurant business
• Leadership, development, and deployment planning of the service team
• Ensuring a professional and guest-oriented service process
• Responsibility for banquets, seminars, and events
• Care for guests as well as maintenance of regular customer relationships
• Co-responsibility for budget, turnover, and cost of goods sold
• Ensuring and further development of quality and service standards
• Cooperation with kitchen, administration, and management

Profile

• Completed training in gastronomy or hospitality
• Several years of experience in a leadership role in service
• Strong host personality with high social competence
• Strong organizational skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience in the banquet and event sector is an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German skills, other languages are an advantage
