What you can achieve • You monitor transport services in the Bern, Burgdorf, and Berner Oberland region. • You are the central contact person for the needs of our customers in the collection service. • You record dispatch orders according to customer needs and plan the necessary transport resources according to business principles. • With an active flow of information, you ensure partnership-based communication with our carriers, employees, and our customers. • You also ensure the correct billing of transport services. • You like to actively contribute new ideas and perspectives, thereby supporting the further development of transports. What you bring with you • You have training as a dispatcher, an equivalent qualification, or further training in logistics. • You have already been able to successfully apply your knowledge of logistics processes for several years. • Process-oriented thinking and acting characterize you and you like to take an active lead. • You embody a business-oriented mindset and demonstrate strong customer orientation. • You enjoy working with IT systems. • You communicate very well orally and in writing in German. Any additional national language is an advantage.
