Berna-Ittigen, Svizzera (e lavoro a domicilio) | 80-80% Your contribution <br /> • Manage requests from media operators, prepare positions, provide information, draft press releases, as well as plan, organize and execute events with the media • Research, draft and review documentation and articles • Prepare speeches for the Director of UFAM and follow her public interventions • Manage and coordinate crisis communication and projects in the communications sector • Ensure coordination with federal departments and offices • Prepare content for social media <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree (Master) or equivalent training in the media/communication sector • Several years of professional experience in the editorial and journalistic field; excellent knowledge of the Swiss political system and possibly also the Federal Administration • In-depth knowledge of the Swiss media system, a solid network of contacts in Swiss environmental journalism as well as familiarity with various communication channels (communication adapted to target groups) • Strong sensitivity to political communication • Resilient and responsible personality, with negotiation skills and a good overview • Good active knowledge of at least one other official language and passive knowledge of a third, good command of English <br /> In summary As a spokesperson, you will provide timely and relevant information and messages on environmental issues to the dynamic world of media. Thanks to your linguistic proficiency and your sensitivity to political communication, you will support the UFAM management and the Office professionals in presenting the many topics of UFAM's competence in a way that is understandable and suitable for the media.
