Job description
Do you want to work with children, accompany them in their development and experience something new every day? Then you have come to the right place with us! The Verein Kinderbetreuung Ittigen operates two Kitas and has been committed for over 40 years to loving, professional and family-oriented childcare. In our Kita Kiwi in Worblaufen Ittigen, we care for up to 18 children from the age of three months until they start school. With much heart, commitment and expertise, we accompany the children in their learning and development steps and create a loving, stimulating and safe environment. With us, you are not just "along for the ride". We take time for your training, accompany you step by step and support you in becoming independent and confident in your profession. For the start of apprenticeship in August 2027, we are looking for a motivated personality for our apprenticeship position as Specialist in Childcare EFZ. This is what you bring with you:

You are creative and enjoy helping to shape daily Kita life with your own ideas
You encounter children, parents and team members respectfully, appreciatively and empathically
You are reliable, responsible and open to new things

You are motivated to learn new things and to develop personally and professionally
You have good German language skills in speaking and writing

What awaits you in your training During your training, you will get to know the versatile daily life of a Kita. You accompany the children during play, eating, dressing and undressing, during rest periods and during activities indoors and outdoors. You learn to observe and understand development processes, to plan and carry out offers for children and to take on increasing responsibility. In doing so, you will be guided step by step to your tasks and receive the support you need for a successful training. We look forward to your application!
