Insurance and Pension Advisor French-speaking (m/f/d) How you will contribute: Independent and holistic acquisition of new customers through telephone, virtual, and partially personal sales of our entire insurance and pension range Professional, sympathetic, and goal-oriented management of customer dialogue with a focus on our value promises "appreciative", "entrepreneurial", and "enthusiastic" Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships as well as independently analyzing your own sales figures to derive measures Ensuring high-quality application processing Supporting and ensuring knowledge transfer for new and existing team members What distinguishes you: In addition to your basic training, you mandatory possess a completed VBV training. You bring sound experience in customer acquisition within an insurance environment (KVG, VVG, casualty insurance and/or pension). You think analytically, explain complex issues understandably, and act proactively, reliably, and with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are characterized by strong advisory and communication skills and your joy in selling. You adapt your thinking and actions to changing market conditions and react flexibly and skillfully to different customer requirements. You are sociable, communicative, and possess high social competence. You bring excellent French as well as German skills in speaking and writing. Further language skills are an advantage.
