These are your tasks Project development in the back office: You will oversee evidence securing orders from acceptance to completion and always keep an overview. Coordination and organisation: You will arrange and juggle appointments, continuously coordinate with the field service and ensure that all threads come together. Communication: You will be in telephone and written contact with various parties such as clients, owners, representatives and many more. Documentation and post-processing: You will carefully record and check reports, maintain our own app and keep our internal files tidy. This is what you bring A completed commercial apprenticeship (KV) or an equivalent qualification. Very good communication in word and writing: You like to phone and write and convince through objectivity and trust. Outstanding organisational talent and joy in coordinating and keeping an overview. An independent, reliable and structured way of working, team spirit and joy in contacting people. Very good MS-Office- and EDV-skills. German at native language level and good English. Italian or Austrian are a plus. Previous knowledge in the construction or real estate environment is helpful, but not necessary.
