What is my function? Our customer requires support in the following areas of responsibility: Active, international customer care as well as exchange of information with the relevant internal and external bodies Close cooperation with product management and sales specialists abroad Hub function for specific customers, including support in project processing Processing of export orders, from price calculations as a basis for offers, order entry, administration, through to invoice creation Correspondence in English and German Planning, control and organization of transports as well as creation of the corresponding documents, export/import documentation, customs documents General support for the Supply Chain team Processing of returns and complaints Master data maintenance and control work Creation of evaluations using ERP What do I need to be successful? Our customer requires a personality with the following qualifications: Commercial training or equivalent training with practice in order processing and experience with the export of industrial goods Good technical understanding and routine application of the current Incoterms Sound experience in ERP and Office applications (knowledge in the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage) Open, friendly, positive and communicative personality Independence as well as a structured and precise way of working Flexible, team-oriented personality who thinks and acts in a customer-oriented manner What are my benefits?
