Team Leader Purchasing & Production Planning Our client is an established production company with decades of experience in the manufacture of cosmetic and cleaning products. To strengthen the Purchasing & Planning department, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on oriented personality with a technical background and leadership flair. Your tasks – strategic, operative & with responsibility: You conduct price and contract negotiations with existing and new suppliers for the purchase of raw materials and packaging materials You create purchase orders, framework agreements and requests for quotations including cost comparisons You take over the - and fine planning of production and continuously adapt it You coordinate production orders and coordinate closely with internal interfaces You actively participate in planning meetings and contribute your experience You lead a small team (2–3 employees) and continue to develop the processes together What you bring: Technical basic training or similar Further training in the field of purchasing, planning or business administration is an advantage Several years of professional experience in purchasing and/or in production planning Experience in supplier communication as well as in contract and price negotiations Good IT knowledge and structured way of working Leadership experience or the motivation to take on a team leader role What awaits you: A versatile interface function with scope for design A down-to-earth, well-coordinated team in a dynamic production environment Lots of personal responsibility and room for process improvements Ready for an exciting leadership task?
