Your profile • CFC in landscaping or equivalent training considered essential. • Proven experience in managing landscaping sites. • Excellent knowledge of French (oral and written). • Category B driver's license essential. • Trailer license (BE) essential. • Excellent management and team leadership skills. • Organized, autonomous, rigorous and endowed with a good sense of responsibility. • Capable of planning work, managing priorities and ensuring site follow-up. • Good interpersonal skills with clients, suppliers and collaborators. Your missions • Supervise and support teams in the field. • Actively participate in site work, notably in landscape masonry, paving, borders, etc.). • Planning of personnel, material and supplies. • Quality control of work and compliance with deadlines. • Contact with clients and coordination with management. • Ensure compliance with safety rules.
