Foreman Track Construction 100%

For our client, an established company in the field of track and infrastructure construction, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual as a Foreman Track Construction, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Leadership and coordination of various track construction and track civil engineering construction sites in cooperation with the responsible construction manager
• Creation of daily, machine, and time sheets as well as digital hourly reports
• Monitoring and ensuring quality, economic efficiency, deadlines, environmental specifications, and occupational safety
• Organization and coordination of work on the construction site
• Leadership and support of the construction site team
• Active participation in ongoing track construction work
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient construction site process

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in track construction or track civil engineering
• Experience as a foreman is an advantage
• Willingness to work weekends and nights
• Independent, resilient, and flexible personality
• Responsible, conscientious, and goal-oriented way of working
• Punctuality and reliability
• Good organizational and communicative skills
• Driver's license category B
