To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for, starting immediately or by arrangement, a Area Sales Representative Central Switzerland 100% Your Challenges • Operational responsibility for your own sales territory in Central Switzerland as well as active further development of the region • Support, advice and care for existing customers as well as targeted expansion of cooperation • Acquisition of new customers and exploitation of new sales opportunities in the sales territory • Shared responsibility for turnover, sales development and growth in the region • Implementation of assortment, product and sales activities at the customer site • Placement of new products, sales promotions and seasonal offers in the market • Identification of customer potential and further development of existing customer relationships • Participation in customer agreements, conditions and contract negotiations • Conducting product presentations, tastings and sales-promoting activities at customers • Observation of market, competition and customer needs as well as contributing relevant impulses to the company • Close cooperation with internal sales, marketing and other interfaces • Professional representation of Romer’s Hausbäckerei AG at trade fairs, customer events and in daily customer contact Your Profile • Completed commercial, sales-oriented or hospitality basic training EFZ, ideally in the food, bakery, confectionery, cooking or gastronomy environment • Experience in sales, field service, foodservice, in gastronomy, retail or in a comparable customer-oriented environment • Enjoyment of active customer contact, high-quality foods and advisory sales activities • Motivation to manage and further develop your own sales territory with a high degree of personal responsibility • Interest in expanding existing customer relationships and winning new customers • Good sense for customer needs, sales potential and suitable assortment solutions • Negotiation skills, closing orientation and enjoyment of active selling • Communicative, winning and reliable personality with a professional appearance • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with high initiative • Good user knowledge in MS Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage • Very good German skills • Residence in the Central Switzerland region or willingness to regularly serve the sales territory What Awaits You • Own sales territory with a lot of creative freedom and high personal responsibility • Varied field service function with direct customer contact and strong products • Opportunity to further develop existing customers, win new customers and actively help shape growth • Exciting working environment in the food industry with high market awareness • Careful introduction, support by internal sales, marketing and sales team as well as room for personal development • Collaboration in a committed and collegial team • Modern working conditions, good social benefits and attractive additional benefits • Employee discounts on our products • Free refreshments with coffee, fruit and pastries at the headquarters • Fair and practical company car solution • Long-term perspectives in a successful and value-oriented company Are you interested?
