For one of our clients, no Job description ### • Program new parts and continuously optimize CNC programs using CAM software. • Commission and validate programs on 3 and 5 axis CNC machining centers. • Analyze and optimize new manufacturing processes to ensure stable and high-performance operation. • Participate in technical improvements and the industrialization of new products. • Provide technical support to setters and operators. • Guarantee compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards. • Document programs, machining strategies, and technical data. • Manage technical data in Windchill in accordance with current standards. • Ensure the monitoring and updates of post-processors. • Maintain cutting tools, tool databases, phase plans, DXF files, and industrial volumes. Profile ### • Training as a technician and/or micromechanic or a title deemed equivalent. • Experience or additional training in advanced manufacturing processes. • Solid knowledge of CNC machining. • Mastery of CAM programming and PTC Creo. • Knowledge of 3 and 5 axis machining centers. • Experience with GibbsCAM is an asset. • Good mastery of the Windows environment and the Office suite. • Analytical mindset, autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills. • Team spirit, good communication skills.
