As a mobile facility operator, you play a key role: you maintain everything in good condition, you ensure that the environment is well-maintained and you are the first point of contact for our clients on site. ### What awaits you * Execute inspection tasks autonomously * Manage maintenance and upkeep activities * Handle various requests, troubleshooting and small interventions (Cleaning, green spaces...) * Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets * Monitor and accompany the execution of work by mandated companies * Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors * Administrative tasks (maintenance planning) * Manage small repair projects * Participation in the on-call service ### What you bring * Holder of a CFC in facility management or an equivalent title mandatory * Good knowledge of HVAC and electricity * Several years of experience in a similar position * Proven experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites * Mastery of French (oral and written) * Knowledge of English (an asset) * Driver's license (mandatory) * Strong sense of service, autonomy and professionalism * Ease in contacts, marked customer orientation and friendliness ### Ready for us?
