Technician / Diagnostician for Control & Drive Technology (m/f/d)

This will be your job

• Systematic fault diagnosis and finding solutions for complex control and drive systems (1st & 2nd Level Support)
• Technical support for service technicians worldwide in tricky cases, both remotely and on-site if required
• Planning and implementation of practice-oriented, technical training for customers and colleagues
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and service instructions in the knowledge base

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Completed technical vocational training as an Automotive Diagnostician, Automations Technician, Electromechanician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician EFZ or a comparable training
• You bring several years of practical experience in the diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechatronic systems, ideally in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, or a related industrial sector
• Very good Italian and English skills; German skills are an advantage
• A strong analytical mindset and joy in systematic troubleshooting
• A communicative personality with enjoyment in customer contact and in the transfer of knowledge
