Clerk Natural Stone (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Independent processing and coordination of import and export processes in the field of natural stone
Direct contact with international producers regarding orders, delivery dates and quality issues
Organization of the entire forwarding, including transport planning, customs clearance and schedule monitoring
Preparation of offers, price calculations and sales documents
Customer care as well as processing and follow-up of inquiries and offers
Maintenance of master data, documentation and order documents
Close cooperation with logistics partners, suppliers and internal interfaces
Assumption of general commercial and organizational tasks

Your profile:
Commercial basic training or sound professional experience in a comparable function
Experience in import/export, international order processing or logistics
Confident appearance in contact with international producers, suppliers and customers
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
Organizational talent and good understanding of international processes
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Good English skills in speaking and writing
Confident handling of MS Office
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
