Customer Advisor Customer Center Inbound (a) Workload 70-100% Place of work Biel / Bienne How you inspire * You handle all telephone inquiries from our private customers * You ensure needs assessment and provide personal advice on our basic products in the areas of numbers, saving, and retirement planning * Your customers will be comprehensively supported by you, their potential will be recognized and forwarded internally to other business areas * You provide telephone support for the technical support of our digital services What you bring * You have a commercial basic training in the banking industry or as a lateral entrant.
