We are looking for a: Co-Department Head Integration Program for international specialists and executives 80-100% (w/m/d) What will you do with us: Conception and implementation of courses, trainings, and coachings (presence and online) with the goal of rapid reintegration Ensuring clear learning objectives, accompanying learning progress, and moderating peer-to-peer sessions Participant support during the program and their support in finding a job Advising our clients on program content Budget responsibility Value-based leadership of a small team Further development and marketing of the integration program Acquisition of new customer segments and proactive relationship maintenance with assigned positions and interested parties What we expect from you: You have several years of experience in adult education and in conducting courses, trainings, and workshops, and ideally have the corresponding degrees (e.g. SVEB 1). A coaching background (e.g. coaching diploma, CAS, or systemic consulting) is an advantage - a deep coaching specialization is not required. Ideally, you have already coordinated educational offers and/or led a small team. With your affinity for business development, you convince interested parties and assigned positions of our offer and maintain relationships proactively. You have good knowledge of the labor market; experience in HR and personnel development is an advantage. Pronounced presentation and communication skills as well as a high IT affinity (LMS/ATS/AI, MS 365) characterize you, just like a self-dependent, solution-oriented, reliable, and efficient way of working. Thanks to your broad methodology, you also show job seekers in difficult life situations perspectives. You have German as your mother tongue and very good English skills in word and writing (C1). With your motivating and positive basic attitude, you meet expats at eye level.
