To strengthen the technical team, the client is looking for an experienced leader who independently plans maintenance work, coordinates a dedicated team, and ensures smooth production operations.

Your tasks

• Independent planning and execution of repair work on machines
• Leadership and coordination of a dedicated technical team
• Organization of daily maintenance tasks and prioritization of work
• Coordination with suppliers and management of the spare parts system

Your profile

• Technical training: Degree in metal industry or comparable qualification
• Maintenance experience: Practical knowledge in machine and plant repair required
• Leadership competence: Initial experience in team coordination and leadership desirable
• IT affinity: Good PC skills and confident handling of systems
