For the Technical Training area at our location in Lupfig AG, we are looking for an innovative personality as Technical Trainer 80-100%.

What you can achieve with us ##

• Training development: You create technical training for new models, vehicle and high-voltage systems (Level 1S to 3S) - didactically well-thought-out and practical
• Training Delivery: You conduct training independently in at least two national languages - both basic and expert training
• Qualification process: You support the creation of course materials, training planning, tenders, translations and participate in brand-specific certifications
• Manufacturer programs: You implement the qualification programs of our group brands according to specifications
• Train-the-Trainer: You participate in training at the manufacturer plants and constantly keep your knowledge up to date

What you bring with you ##

• Experience: You have at least six years of professional experience (incl. training) in the automotive technical world and possess the refrigerant testing certification for vehicle air conditioning systems
• Professional qualification: You bring a basic automotive technical education, supplemented by higher vocational education such as Automobildiagnostikerin mit eidg. FA, Automobilingenieurin FH or Master Technician on our group brands. Methodological-didactic further education or proven didactic experience is a plus
• Digital Skills: You work routinely with M365 applications - especially PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
• Language skills: You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and bring good French and / or Italian skills at at least B2 level
• Personality Fit: You convince through clear and open communication, joy in teaching and a high degree of empathy. At the same time, you work independently, structured and reliably - and always maintain an overview even in networked situations. As a team player, you contribute actively and assist in collective further development
