This position is also suitable for very experienced foremen or leaders who wish to continue working after FAR and want to specifically contribute their experience.

Job Description ##

Your responsibility as Foreman Structural Engineering:

• Independent leadership and organization of the construction site
• Coordination of foremen and employees
• Schedule, quality, and cost control
• Work preparation and material procurement
• Reporting and construction site documentation
• Contact person for construction management, architects, and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with SUVA and safety regulations

This is not about loudness, but about leadership, overview, and structured processes.

We expect ##

Your profile:

• Training as Maurer EFZ
• Further training as Polier Hochbau (or equivalent experience)
• Several years of leadership experience in structural engineering
• Organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
• High social competence and assertiveness
• Very good German skills (speaking and understanding - mandatory)
• Resident in the Luzern region or mobile

Retired or near-FAR foremen are also welcome, provided they wish to continue taking on responsibility.
