Project Manager HLKS 80 to 100% Your area of impact • Project management of building services heating, ventilation and sanitation for demanding new building projects • Development of economic, sustainable and innovative building services concepts from planning to execution • Creation of design, tender and execution bases as well as optimization of project variants • Technical and spatial specialist coordination across all building services systems • Quality assurance and accompaniment of external partners across all project phases • Calculation of building services and co-design of award and execution strategies in the Design-Build environment What you bring to the table • Completed technical training in the HLKS sector (FH or HF) • Several years of experience as a project manager in planning and execution • In-depth knowledge of project development, calculation and billing of building services trades • Secure handling of Trimble Nova (including 3D) and common Office applications • Interdisciplinary specialist knowledge of the HLKS trades • Entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced communication and negotiation skills • Above-average cost, deadline and quality awareness Ready for the next step?
