Implementation of the entire maternity and other parent leave process, military service (APG) Management of pensions, AVS bridging pensions and postponements (interviews and support) Participation in CPEG training seminars Management and monitoring of sickness and accident reports in collaboration with Zurich, OCAS, AI Office and the State Personnel Office Collaboration with Zurich's case manager for professional reintegration Management of the end of entitlement to treatment of complex situations, interviews and support in professional transition in collaboration with the HR Director (unemployment, AI, other assignments) Management and monitoring of daily allowances in collaboration with the finance department You have a CFC in commerce or a maturity certificate or any other equivalent training, completed with an HR manager certificate (HRSE) You have proven experience in managing absences and social insurance Reliable, rigorous, precise, flexible, you can plan and organize your missions and tasks to deliver quality services within the expected deadlines, as well as demonstrate proactivity You are comfortable with numbers and have a good analytical mind With proven relational skills, you communicate clearly in writing and orally, showing the necessary empathy Your team spirit combined with your ability to manage priorities allows you to contribute to a good working atmosphere You master the usual office tools perfectly, and you have already worked on specific time management software and SIRH input (Tipee and Adequasys an asset) You embody the values of FASe and the level of ethics, confidentiality and equity expected within the Human Resources Department through your actions and attitude Salary according to the salary scale of the State of Geneva: maximum class 13 Start date: as soon as possible An internal application is expected Application deadline: 12.07.2026 We thank you for sending us your complete application file (CV, cover letter, diplomas and work certificates) exclusively through this website.
