Your Task ##

• Processing of all business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger
• Monitoring of open receivables and independent processing of the dunning process
• Preparation of financial key figures, reports and various business evaluations
• Preparation and timely submission of Swiss VAT returns
• Active support during monthly, quarterly and annual closing work

Your Profile ##

• Completed basic commercial training and further training as a specialist in accounting
• Min. 5 years of experience in a similar area of responsibility, with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• German as native language / business fluent as well as good French and/or English skills
• Very good Excel skills as well as experienced in dealing with ERP systems
• Flair for numbers, good communication skills
