December 2027 Your responsibility: Independent management, instruction, and direction of criminal proceedings against children and adolescents in the age of 10 to 17 years Proceedings management in protection proceedings for children, adolescents, and young adults aged 10 to 24 years Independent conclusion of youth criminal proceedings by means of indictment to the youth court and cantonal court, by means of penal order or by means of discontinuation and non-prosecution Management and representation of ordinary and extraordinary legal remedy proceedings (Co-)authoring of technical reports, statements, and legal documents Deputy management of a department within the youth prosecutor's office and willingness to be on duty for about 200 days a year Representation of the youth prosecutor's office at specialist and prevention events (lectures, workshops, conferences, round tables, parents' evenings, etc.) Driver's license category B and access to a vehicle for duty Your background: Completed law degree (MLaw / ...) It is responsible for the prosecution, assessment, enforcement, and prevention of criminal offenses committed by minors (10 to 18-year-olds).
