Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Management and coordination of mechanical systems and assemblies of our rail vehicles • Planning, control, and monitoring of the mechanical development and design processes • Teamwork and technical coordination with internal specialist departments (project management, engineering, procurement, etc.) as well as external partners and suppliers • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and deadline specifications, in particular the requirements of customer specifications, standards, and the state of the art • Creation and maintenance of technical specifications, requirement specifications, project plans, and technical documents • Support in error analysis and troubleshooting in the mechanical area • Participation in the validation and verification of mechanical components and assemblies • Budget responsibility and resource planning for the sub-project • Project-related, technical leadership of the assigned employees • Support of the project phases (procurement, production, commissioning, type tests, passenger operation) of the vehicles • Cooperation with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities in an international environment YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES • Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, or comparable training • Several years of experience in managing mechanical development projects, ideally in the rail vehicle or transport sector • Sound knowledge of CAD software, design methods, and mechanical manufacturing technology • Experience in project management and in the coordination of interdisciplinary teams • You are a generalist and system integrator.
