All benefits Your commitment to security and freedom The Kommando Ausbildung (Kdo Ausb) is responsible for training within the army – from recruitment to general basic training to officer training for the militia and professional military. The Kdo Ausb includes the Höhere Kaderausbildung, the Personelle der Armee, five training associations, the training center as well as the Fachstelle Frauen in der Armee und Diversity. One third of the approximately 2,350 employees work in civilian professions in the scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative or sporting field and, together with the professional military, contribute to success.
