Your main missions will be to: Welcome, inform and orient the public on the PC Familles scheme as well as on other social insurance benefits during office hours and/or administrative interviews Determine entitlement, calculate the benefit and make decisions in accordance with legal provisions Perform periodic and extraordinary reviews of ongoing files and process reimbursements for medical costs and childcare costs as well as litigation Instruct legal files, notably by preparing determinations for the competent authorities Your profile: CFC as a commercial employee, extended track or training deemed equivalent (commercial vocational maturity, an asset) Certificate as a social insurance generalist or willing to obtain it Confirmed experience of at least two years in the field of social insurance and more particularly in case management Federal diploma in social insurance, an asset Is this offer of interest to you?
