Vocational training in Switzerland is excellent and leads to very good future opportunities. • For interested school leavers, we offer a commercial apprenticeship at the Finanz- und Kirchendirektion of the Kanton Basel-Landschaft. Finanz- und Kirchendirektion The Finanz- und Kirchendirektion performs the function of a staff directorate in the areas of finance, personnel, equality, and informatics. It handles important coordination and control tasks for the Regierungsrat and the administration. In terms of the number of positions, with around 400 administrative employees, it is the smallest of the five Direktionen.
