Process Specialist/Production Planner Company profile successful industrial company Your main tasks In this demanding task, which heavily involves AVOR, scheduling and purchasing, you are responsible for the continuous monitoring and implementation of delivery dates in close cooperation with the department heads. You support sales in the quoting phase by calculating manufacturing costs and determining binding delivery dates, implement internal production orders (dispo) according to sales information, stock levels and based on consumption values while considering internal capacities, and are responsible for determining and maintaining article, supplier and workstation master data. You create operation plans, instructions and bills of materials in SAP as part of production planning, and are also the deputy of the Head of Procurement. Furthermore, the recording, planning, implementation and monitoring of customer-specific orders and the recording of production errors and development of sustainable measures for error prevention belong to this versatile activity. Education and experience We are looking for a polymechanic with further training as a process specialist, buyer or similar. You must have professional experience in production planning and in machining and bring experience in scheduling production orders with ERP systems, ideally SAP R/3 (MM,PP). You have high social competence and customer orientation, are used to maintaining a permanently high quality standard and possess the ability to coordinate various activities with each other.
