Substitute Educators Within the Domaine de Compétences Hébergement, Espaces de Vie \& d’Activités, you will intervene in homes welcoming adults in need of intensive support. The days are paced by daily life activities, structured activities, and essential relational times. You accompany people with or without ASD, with varied needs, adapting your interventions to their rhythm, their capacities, and their modes of communication. The framework is structured and securing, with interdisciplinary work and tools such as augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Support continues throughout the day, in the evening, and during week\-ends, in order to ensure continuity of presence and support during the different moments of daily life. Your mission: Accompany people in daily life activities, basic care, and living times in the home. Support beneficiaries in social and occupational activities and daily transition moments. Ensure replacements on variable schedules: day, evening, and week\-end. Participate in maintaining a living framework that is securing, structured, and respectful of individual needs. Collaborate closely with the educational team and the various partners of the network. Your profile CFC as a socio\-educational assistant (ASE) required. Experience in the field of disability desired; knowledge of ASD is an asset. Flexibility in schedules and ability to adapt to different home contexts. Sense of responsibility, stable professional posture, and a benevolent approach. Ability to work in a team and to integrate quickly into different environments. Driver's license required.
