Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding vehicle diagnostics and technical advice.
• You accompany and support garage owners with complex fault diagnostics and repairs – remotely or directly on-site.
• You offer competent support via our diagnostics hotline.
• You train and instruct customers as well as the ESA sales team in handling diagnostic devices and their software.
• You advise internal departments (purchasing, sales, warranty) and always keep an eye on technical innovations.

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Automobilmechatroniker/-in EFZ and further training as Automobildiagnostiker/-in Personenwagen with eidg. Fachausweis.
• Several years of experience in vehicle diagnostics and vehicle systems.
• Strong communication skills, social competence, and a confident appearance – both over the phone and in direct customer contact.
• Very good German skills and French or Italian skills.
• Confident handling of MS Office and enthusiasm for technical innovations.
• Independent, structured way of working and strong analytical skills.
