HVAC Project Manager (M/F) Our client is a Genevan family business specializing in building technology. Recognized for the quality of its services and its proximity to its clients, it operates on various projects in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. As part of its development, we are looking for an HVAC Project Manager responsible for ensuring the monitoring and coordination of projects in the execution phase. Missions After the awarding of contracts and the completion of technical studies by the design office, you take charge of steering the project execution until their acceptance. In this capacity, you are responsible for: Preparation of execution ### • Analyze the files transmitted by the design office. • Participate in the preparation of execution files and their proper implementation on the ground. • Plan the different stages of the project and anticipate the needs related to implementation. Management of work execution ### • Coordinate the assembly teams, subcontractors, and the various stakeholders on the construction site. • Ensure daily monitoring of the work and ensure compliance with deadlines. • Control the conformity of installations with technical, regulatory, and quality requirements. • Participate in site meetings and ensure coordination with the various partners. Administrative and financial monitoring ### • Monitor project budgets and costs. • Control the financial progress of the business. • Supervise invoicing and contribute to the good profitability of the projects. • Ensure reporting to management. Acceptance and customer satisfaction ### • Accompany clients throughout the implementation phase. • Organize the commissioning and acceptance of installations. • Guarantee the removal of any reservations and the proper closure of projects. • Develop a lasting relationship of trust with clients. Candidate profile Training ### • ES/ET Technician training in climate engineering or an Engineering degree in an equivalent field. Experience ### • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. • Confirmed experience in the management and coordination of HVAC works. • A good knowledge of the Swiss technical environment is an asset. Skills ### • Solid knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations. • Ability to coordinate several stakeholders simultaneously. • Sense of organization and excellent priority management. • Rigor, autonomy, and quality orientation. • Interpersonal skills and sense of customer service. • Good mastery of IT tools.
