The Competence Center Education supports staff with and during initial, advanced and continuous training, thus making an important contribution to ensuring professional and high-quality nursing care. Nursing quality is also a central concern of Nursing Development, which, together with the specialist managers, leads cross-ward projects based on evidence-based knowledge. Thanks to our own flex26 personnel pool, we succeed in compensating for short-term vacancies/absences quickly and professionally and compensating with PDAG-internal nursing staff. De-escalation Management promotes the treatment team in the competence of de-escalating milieu design, advises and supports employees before and after threatening situations.
