Das Zentrum für Bewegungsmedizin AG operates the Gesundheitspark Thalwil (www.gesundheitspark.ch) and is among the leading Swiss providers of high-quality services in the areas of fitness, physiotherapy, racket sports, and bouldering. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and versatile personality as an all-rounder for our reception and service, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks

• Reception and care of our customers in the areas of racket sports (badminton, squash, tennis) as well as in the bouldering hall, including entering reservations into the reservation system, court allocation, and cash collection
• Operating the telephone switchboard and triage of incoming calls to the physiotherapy practice, fitness and health center, as well as our association secretariats
• Advice and sale of rackets as well as balls for badminton and squash, including stringing service
• Care of our laundry (towel service fitness, laundry for the Wohlfühl-Oase Day Spa as well as for the physiotherapy practice)
• Management of our parking system and issuance of exit tickets
• Serving our guests in the bistro: beverage service, preparation of small snacks and salads as well as cleaning of the buffet and coffee machine
• Assistance with administrative work for our two association secretariats – including mail dispatch and address maintenance in the administration systems – as well as general supporting office work

Your profile

• Engaged personality with pleasure in dealing with people and a strong service mindset
• Excellent communication skills in German (advanced); further language skills are an advantage
• Ability to maintain an overview and set priorities correctly even in a fast-paced environment
