QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (M/F) ##

YOUR MISSION

• Establish and supervise control operations (dimensional and aesthetic) on watchmaking components
• Ensure the interface between client requirements and our production specificities
• Supervise and support a team of 8 collaborators
• Develop, structure and deploy quality across the different sectors
• Ensure the maintenance and evolution of the quality system (indicators, performance, continuous improvement)
• Guarantee and demonstrate product compliance with specified requirements

YOUR PROFILE
-ES Diploma in Quality, Microtechnology or Watchmaking

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality function, ideally in watchmaking
• Mastery of control methods, metrology and reading blueprints
• Natural leadership and ability to unite a team
• Rigor, analytical spirit and solution orientation
