We are looking for a Specialist in Charge of Nursing Care (80 - 100 %) for our nursing station Internal Medicine with the area Palliative Care, starting 1. March 2026 or by agreement (of which 20 % as Specialist in Charge of Nursing Care) Your challenge ## • Professional, individual and resource-oriented nursing care and support of patients with high quality standards • Analyzing complex care and nursing situations, initiating measures and evaluating them • Complete and careful management of nursing documentation • Contributing to the (further) development of nursing quality and the nursing process • First point of contact for nursing-related questions/concerns • Member of the Nursing Expertise Committee • Helping to shape in-house nursing symposia • Leading case discussions (nursing, possibly interprofessional) • Collaborating in projects and working groups • Interprofessional collaboration with various professional groups and specialist teams Your profile ## • Bachelor of Science in Nursing BScN FH or Bachelor of Science in Nursing BScN i.
