Your tasks: Independent calculation of tenders and development of contractor variants Creation of prefabrication plans for installations Planning and coordination of prefabrication Obtaining and comparing supplier offers Measuring construction sites and creating material extracts Material orders for ongoing projects Calculation of additional and reduced costs Creation and maintenance of performance records Calculation of assembly times for construction projects Execution of pre- and post-calculations in the sanitary sector Post-measurements on construction sites Creation of revision documents and project documentation Processing and digitalization of daily reports Support of project managers with technical and administrative tasks Archiving completed projects Your profile: Completed vocational training in the sanitary sector Ideally experience in calculation, AVOR or project support Good knowledge of sanitary technology and construction site processes Good Excel skills Experience with Abacus is an advantage Independent, structured and exact way of working Reliability and sense of responsibility Good teamwork and communication skills Benefits: Long-term and secure permanent employment At least 5 weeks vacation Modern work equipment and contemporary infrastructure Versatile and responsible activity Independent work with room for design Collegial and experienced team Opportunities for professional development Stable company with a long-term perspective
