Your tasks ##

• Responsible for the organizational, personnel, and economic management of 5 employees in the housekeeping department
• Active participation in daily operations
• Responsibility and participation in all cleaning and laundry processes (internal/external)
• Ensuring safety and hygiene guidelines
• Development and implementation of new concepts and trends in the field of housekeeping
• As an authentic, assertive, and conscientious person, you contribute significantly with your expertise to ensuring that quality standards are met at all times
• You shape the service area with joy and commitment, creativity, aesthetic flair, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Leading, instructing, controlling, coaching, and promoting the directly subordinate employees, as well as responsibility for recruitment and qualification interviews
• Creation of monthly statements and billings
• Purchase of consumables / inventory management
• Planning and implementation of training sessions
• Creation and revision of work documents and statistics

What you bring with you ##

• Training as a specialist in housekeeping EFZ or comparable training, preferably in the home or hospital sector
• Min. 5 years of professional experience, advantageously in healthcare
• You possess several years of professional and leadership experience in housekeeping
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Very good MS-Office skills
• In addition to a high sense of responsibility and hygiene, you also bring a reliable and independent way of working.
• You consistently implement specified quality standards and are ready to learn new things.
