• Actively helping to shape the IKEA shopping experience.
• Advising customers during their shopping and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Knowing the entire range of services and offering them to visitors.
• Taking responsibility for your shopping area.
• Cooperation with other departments to ensure the entire shopping experience.
• Guaranteeing product availability together with the logistics team.
• Planning of interior solutions.
